Addison Docherty
Founder & CEO – Principal Consultant
Since joining the workforce just under a decade ago, Addison has directed his time and energy into understanding the complexities of community development. Addison has a targeted interest in understanding how can we, as a community, best organize ourselves in order to address and solve community development issues effectively and with greater efficiency. As the Founder & CEO of Flow, he has developed a multi-faceted skill set that encompasses business, community development, and public sector acumen.
Addison has worked effectively with community partners and stakeholders across disciplines, mandates and sectors in order to mobilize groups towards common goals. These stakeholder groups include non-profits, private sector, and the three orders of government and include individuals from front-line to executive levels.
Madeline Docherty
Part-Time Jr. Consultant
Madeline graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies and has worked in the social service field for several years. She is passionate about nonviolent communication, how diverse groups can reach common goals, and building community capacity. She has experience creating and facilitating programs and events for various community actors, particularly with youth, and is a nature enthusiast. Madeline is focussed on how to decolonize spaces, with certificates in Peacemaking Circles and Decolonizing Education and Reconnecting to Land. She works to uphold the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action, and strives to create more equitable and just communities. Madeline works part-time as a Junior Consultant with Flow, and is a Marriage Commissioner in the Saskatoon area.
